Joshua Linde, Director

I’m Joshua Linde (He/Him) is a proud homeowner in Prince Edward County. Born and raised in Vancouver, I love connecting with the land I reside in and its community. The rolling hills, water views and the friendly folks are what helped me decide to purchase my first and only Ontario home here. As I stay busy with a startup in beverages I love to host visitors to share the county I fell in love with when I am not here. You will probably catch me at one of the local breweries or coffee shops as I tend to chat a lot, or walking our dog Bosco down the millennium trail.  My career as a restaurateur draws me to the true terroir and county culinary philosophy.I am proud to be a member of such a vibrant community and all the tumult that growth brings and aim to support that growth over the coming decades.I hold a Red Seal Chef Certificate from the Apprenticeship board of British Columbia (ITA) and have managed teams of up to 200 from executive chef and general management roles. As owner and Principal of Walter Craft Caesars in addition to being involved in all aspects of the business I oversee all trade marketing, licensee sales and consumer engagement
