My career as a restaurateur draws me to the true terroir and county culinary philosophy.I am proud to be a member of such a vibrant community and all the tumult that growth brings and aim to support that growth over the coming decades.I hold a Red Seal Chef Certificate from the Apprenticeship board of British Columbia (ITA) and have managed teams of up to 200 from executive chef and general management roles.
